1. About EchoAtlas Audio Ltd
EchoAtlas Audio Ltd is a private limited company registered in England (Company No. 17264277), focused on sound recording and music publishing activities. Our contact email is [email protected].
2. Use of this website
The content on this website is provided for general information purposes. EchoAtlas Audio Ltd makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on this website, but does not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free.
This website should not be relied upon as a source of legal, financial, or music rights advice. EchoAtlas Audio Ltd does not provide music legal advice. Rights, ownership, royalty splits, contracts, and related legal matters should be confirmed with appropriate professional advice.
3. Audio enquiries and service scope
All audio enquiries submitted via the contact form or by email are acknowledged and reviewed, subject to availability. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a binding contract or commitment on either side.
Service scope, deliverables, timescale, file formats, and delivery requirements are confirmed per project through direct agreement between the client and EchoAtlas Audio Ltd. No project is formally confirmed until scope and terms have been agreed in writing or by email.
Services are offered subject to availability. EchoAtlas Audio Ltd reserves the right to decline or defer enquiries at its reasonable discretion.
4. Recording requirements and timelines
Recording requirements, session scheduling, timescales, and delivery milestones are agreed per project. Any agreed timelines should be documented in writing or by email confirmation.
Recording sessions are subject to project preparation, contributor availability, and technical requirements being in place before the session. Delays caused by factors outside EchoAtlas's reasonable control may affect agreed timelines.
5. Publishing, rights, and contributor information
Where music publishing, catalogue, or metadata support is provided, EchoAtlas organises information as supplied by the client and the relevant contributors and rights holders. EchoAtlas does not independently verify, adjudicate, or make determinations regarding rights ownership, publishing splits, or contractual entitlements.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all contributor details, rights information, ownership splits, and publishing information supplied to EchoAtlas is accurate, authorised, and reflects the agreed position between the relevant parties.
EchoAtlas does not provide music legal advice. Rights, ownership, royalty splits, contracts, sync licensing, and related legal matters should be confirmed with a qualified solicitor, music rights professional, or other appropriate professional advisor.
6. Client responsibility for supplied materials
The client is responsible for ensuring that all material supplied to EchoAtlas — including recordings, lyrics, compositions, samples, stems, briefs, and project information — is either owned by the client or properly licensed for the intended use.
The client confirms that they have all necessary permissions, licences, and authorisations in relation to any third-party material included in the project. EchoAtlas Audio Ltd accepts no liability for any infringement of third-party rights arising from materials supplied by the client.
If you are unsure about the rights status of any material, please seek appropriate professional advice before submitting it as part of an EchoAtlas project.
7. Payments
Payment terms are agreed per project and confirmed in writing or by email. EchoAtlas Audio Ltd does not publish standard pricing on this website — all pricing is discussed and confirmed as part of the project scope agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed, work may not commence until any agreed deposit or upfront payment has been received. Full payment terms will be set out in any project agreement or written confirmation.
8. Cancellations and revisions
Cancellation terms are agreed per project. In general, any costs incurred prior to cancellation may be charged. Revision and amendment terms will be set out in any project agreement.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client retains ownership of recordings, compositions, and creative material supplied or produced as part of a project, subject to any agreed payment terms being met.
EchoAtlas Audio Ltd retains the right to use its own production methodologies, processes, tools, and general knowledge regardless of any project relationship.
Any intellectual property in the EchoAtlas brand, logo, website, and published content belongs to EchoAtlas Audio Ltd and may not be used without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
EchoAtlas Audio Ltd's liability for any claim arising from the provision of services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project or service to which the claim relates.
EchoAtlas Audio Ltd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses, including but not limited to loss of income, lost data, loss of commercial opportunity, or any commercial loss arising from the use or non-delivery of services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits EchoAtlas Audio Ltd's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Confidentiality
EchoAtlas Audio Ltd treats all project, audio, creative, and publishing information shared as part of an enquiry or active project as confidential. We will not share your project information with third parties without your explicit permission, unless required by law.
12. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or any project relationship shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to these terms
